Your USDOT and MC# are processed in one business day. However, FMCSA has a 21 day waiting period for everyone who is applying for an authority. That’s 5 weeks, some other states Like California can take longer to process. During this time we recommend that you get ready to put a truck on the road within the next 30-60 days. Intrastate Permits are much faster.
Once your permits have been processed there are no refunds. Refunds can only happen if you cancel prior to the permits being processed. We normally process permits within 24 hours.

A carrier packet is a set of paperwork that gets combined with an application to run loads for a broker. Its common in the industry and normally is the broker applicaiton, your W9, copy of voided check, Cover page (recommended) Copy of Drivers License, and your motor carrier certificate.
